Our office offer many solutions to pay for your dental care. Cash, checks, VISA, AMEX, DISCOVER, and MasterCard are accepted as well as payment plans and financing. We will work with you to find a solution that fits your needs and budget. Our office staff can assist you in applying for any dental payment plan.
Dental Insurance
At Smiles by Payet Dentistry, we are Participating Providers for both CIGNA and Delta Dental Premier PPOs. We accept and will file dental insurance claims with all regular dental insurance benefits; we do not participate with any DMOs or HMOs. All claims are filed as a courtesy service to patients.
CareCredit has been an excellent resource for many of our patients over the years. Through CareCredit's easy Online Application process, which you can even complete prior to seeing us for the greatest ease and convenience, we are able to offer 3-Month, 6-Month, and 12-Month INTEREST FREE options, as well as EXTENDED PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS at very reasonable APRs.
Especially in today’s tough times, our goal is to help you have the beautiful, healthy smile that you want and deserve. There are many reasons why people stay away from the dentist, but one comment we hear frequently is, “Oh, I couldn’t come because I didn’t have dental insurance.” So what we are now pleased to offer is the Quality Dental Plan for all of our patients who have no dental insurance. If you require Non-Surgical Periodontal Therapy (also called “deep cleaning”), that is not included in the Enrollment Fee, but is immediately subject to the 20% Discount.You can choose to have your Enrollment Fee automatically renewed annually by billing your credit card on file if you wish.Enrollment Fees are non-refundable once any treatment is performed, including the first cleaning.If you have periodontal disease and require either 3- or 4-month periodontal maintenance appointments, that is considered a service covered under your plan, and you would receive 20% off. However, the x-rays and exams each year would be covered 100%.
